Dorset and East Devon

With its spectacular Jurassic Coast, rolling hills, beautiful beaches, historic houses and gardens, ancient castles and forts, idyllic villages and charming market towns, East Devon and Dorset is truly unique. Quiet country lanes and a network of footpaths  make it an ideal walking  holiday destination.

It's the country of Thomas Hardy, who immortalised it in his writing. Its beautiful, yet still secret, still a quiet landscape and still well worth uncovering the secret.

The walking- both coastal and inland - will please the most discerning of walkers. The views are excellent, and you do not have to climb very far to have a magnificent panorama.

We stay in the lovely sea side resort of Sidmouth - which hosts our walking haolidays with style.

What Others Said...

Dear Alan   I wanted to send a big thank you to you and your team for the fantastic holiday walking in the Shropshire Hills.  If I am late in sending my thanks, it is because I couldn't bear to leave, and stayed on an extra couple of days.    You and your team could not have done more to make sure that everyone enjoyed themselves to the full.  Your flexibility is outstanding.  Your walk leaders are brilliant - knowledgeable, caring and a LOT of fun.  Thanks to Trevor, both Barbaras, Paul, Lesley and Julie.    I can't wait to walk in Shropshire again.  I am definitely going to book for your Ten Peaks Challenge in April, and will also look at your other locations.   I am attaching photos of our group with Paul and Lesley at Bridges and with Barbara and Trevor at the Bog Visitor Centre.  My thanks to them all.  I had a lovely time.   Kind regards Hilary
